What size restroom trailer do i need?
Elite Mobile Events can provide a restroom trailer for your event for up to 300 attendees. We offer a 2 Unit Trailer that serves up to 200 and a 3 Unit Trailer that serves up to 300.
what areas do you serve?
We serve all of Michigan and offer a free delivery within a 40 mile radius of our trailer storage facility in Ionia, Michigan. With this central storage location, we can conveniently serve all of Grand Rapids and Lansing Michigan. Delivery beyond this radius will incur a delivery surcharge. Please contact us and provide the specific delivery address to determine whether a delivery surcharge is applicable.
what are the electrical and water requirements?
Our restroom trailer requires a 110v dedicated 20 amp power source within 100 ft of placement. If the weather is under 45 degrees, a separate 20 amp source may be needed (for added wall heaters and/or water heater). If power is not available onsite, we offer generators that you can rent along with the trailer. Our restroom trailer requires a water source within 100 ft of placement in which our garden hose can be connected to supply water. If the event does not have access to a water supply, we have an onboard water supply than can be used at an additional cost.
Restroom Trailer Placement
Proper setup of the trailer requires a relatively level area. Also, it’s important to note that our trailers do not get along well with tree branches or tight spaces. Be sure that there is adequate clearance (12’w x 12’h) from overhanging tree branches at both the location for placement and the route to reach the location.
What is included in the rental and how do i keep it maintained during the event?
Our restroom trailer comes fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towel, trash with trash bags, and hand soap. We also supply the electrical cords and water hoses (100 ft) needed for hook up. The Elite Mobile Events restroom trailers are virtually self maintained. The client is responsible for basic upkeep during events such as adding paper products when necessary. If needed or desired, Elite Mobile will provide an attendant on-site to do these tasks at an additional cost.
How does delivery work?
Our restroom trailer typically gets delivered Thursday or Friday for a Saturday event. We work with you to fit your schedule. Ideally, we would meet someone on site to park the trailer and give general instructions on the trailer. If no one is available, just be sure to properly communicate with us the location you would like the restroom trailer. Typically our restroom trailer is picked up Sunday or Monday and no one is needed on site at that time.
